- There's no set price, because it depends on what the liquid reached. We check the phone first and quote the repair after diagnosis. The store confirms any diagnostic fee before we start, and no repair starts until you say yes.
- What should I do right after my phone gets wet?
- Power the phone off if it's still on, and don't charge it or plug anything in. Don't put it in rice, and don't use a hair dryer or other heat. Take the case off, wipe the outside with a soft cloth and bring it in as soon as you can. Tell us what the liquid was and when it happened.
- Can you save my phone and my photos?
- We can't promise a water-damaged phone will work again or that your photos and data can be saved. We'll tell you what we find and the price before any repair.

My iPhone is water resistant. Why did it get damaged?
Water resistance isn't permanent. Seals wear down with age and drops, and the ratings are tested in fresh water in a lab, not in pools, salt water or drinks. A rated phone can still take in liquid.
Why not put it in rice?
Rice doesn't pull water out of the inside of a phone, and dust and small grains can get into the ports. Apple's own support guidance says not to use it. Keep the phone off, dry the outside and bring it in.
My Samsung says moisture was detected. Can I still charge it?
Not with a cable while the warning is showing. Galaxy phones stop wired charging while they detect moisture in the port. Unplug it, keep the phone off, and let us check the port and the inside for liquid.
