- What the moisture warning means
- Samsung phones won't charge by cable if they detect moisture in the charging port. Samsung says to gently shake the phone and let the port dry, which usually takes about one to two hours, and not to put anything into the port. Wireless charging still works in the meantime.

- If the warning stays after the phone has had time to dry, residue or debris in the port can be the cause. We check and clean the port first, and look at the part only if that doesn't clear it.
